Payments: A 25% deposit of the total booking cost is payable with within 10 days after the initial booking. The final balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival, bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full. Please make cheques payable to Carvoeiro Clube. In the event of cancellation a fee will be charged.
Confirmation: Once we have received your reservation, confirmation will be sent in writing or by email. Alterations: If you wish to make a change to your booking you must inform Presa de Moura in writing. Every effort will be made to accommodate the change, however no guarantees can be given. Price includes: Maid service daily except Sundays and Public Holidays, change of Towels & Bed Linen twice a week. Electricity and Water is also included Occupancy: The total number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the booking form. An extra bed per unit for children up to 14 years free of charge. Children under 2 years do not count for this purpose. Arrivals and Departures: Keys should be collected and returned to reception unless other arrangements have been made. Access to your accommodation is after 2pm on the day of arrival, departure by 10am on the day of departure unless other arrangements have been made. Right Reserved: The management at Presa de Moura reserve the right to terminate any booking if the clients are considered to be a risk to the property and its contents or a threat or nuisance to other guests or residents. Each Property is governed by 'community rules', these include restrictions on hanging linen or towels over balconies. A copy is available on request from the reception. Insurance: It is a condition of the booking that the clients take out independent travel insurance. The property is insured against fire and other usual insurable risks but this does not include your personal belongings. Damages & Breakages: Upon arrival clients will be required to provide a 'damage deposit' in the form of a signed credit card voucher. Any damage caused by the clients, or any third party invited by them to the Property, shall be the joint and several liability of the clients. This shall include the cost of replacement and / or reinstatement. Smoking Policy: Presa de Moura has a no smoking policy inside the properties & reserves the right to charge for dry cleaning soft furnishings & redecoration if this condition is not respected. Complaints: Any complaints must be lodged in writing and filed at the reception, we shall endeavour to correct the problem as quickly possible. |
